What happens after I purchase a Swamp Moments experience?

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after checkout, containing your full order summary and additional experience details (approximate location/meeting time). Your name will also be placed on a guest list for our staff, who will be ready to host you on game day! 

During the week of your game, you may receive further information via email from [email protected] about when and where to check-in for your Swamp Moments experience. Those emails are typically sent 24-48 hours in advance, but can be requested further ahead of time.

Do I need a ticket to the game?

Yes! If your Swamp Moments experience takes place ON a game-day, you will need to purchase a separate ticket(s). Swamp Moments experiences do NOT include admission to the game. 

Gators that take part in experiences prior to gates opening will be asked to exit the stadium and return upon official gate opening time (typically 90 minutes prior for football games and 60 minutes prior for all other sports).

Will I receive a pass? Do I need to bring anything?

No! All Swamp Moments participants will be placed on a guest list, so all you need to bring on game day is yourself and your name! 

We do ask that you bring an email confirmation of your purchase in-case there was a last minute purchase/order refund from a previous game.

You will still need your ticket to scan into the game, but there are no 'Swamp Moments Tickets' distributed before check-in on game day.

Where do I go on game day?

During the week leading up to your game, you will likely receive an email with all the logistical details of when and where to check-in on game day. 

For football, most experiences meet at the Swamp Moments tent just inside of Gate 6 of Ben Hill Griffin Stadium (North End Zone) right across from University Ave. Our equipment room experience meets at Gate 18 (SE Corner of the Stadium) at the intersection of Gale Lemerand Dr. and Stadium Road.

Men's basketball experiences meet inside of the atrium inside at Gate 1 at the O'Connell Center (table to the left of the main concession stand) or outside of the Administration gate if your experience occurs before gates open.

Are there any age limitations? Can I accompany my child?

NCAA regulations do not permit any person of prospect age (9th through 12th grade) to be on the sideline during active competition. Any experience with an age restriction in place will include that information in the experience description, and will require you to confirm before your purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made on this policy. 

Parents wishing to accompany their child for a Swamp Moments experience must also purchase that same experience for themselves.
